Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Noon Meal Organise in Voo. Mangalam Adhi Diravidar High School, Kammapuram Union, Cuddalore District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2018 and dispose of the same on merits in accordance with law.

The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that being an eligible candidate she applied for the post of Noon Meal Organiser in Voo.Mangalam Adhi Diravidar High School, Kammapuram Union, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, against vacant post. It is her further case that though she has made a representation in this regard but no order has been passed as such. Hence she has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint her to the said post by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considering her representation.

2. Mrs. R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the first respondent submits that the said post already been filled up and as such the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner's prayer to dispose of her representation appears to have become infructuous and as such the writ petition seeking the direction to the respondents is without any substance and accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed. However, in the circumstances there shall be no order as to costs.
