This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.OP.No.12282 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020.

By order dated 14.08.2020, this Court disposed of the petition filed for direction directing the respondent to register case on his complaint dated 12.04.2020, thereby disposed of the petition and directed the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by Crl.OP.(MD)No.13681 of 2018. Therefore, no order has been violated and no disobedience committed by the respondent herein. As such, no contempt is made out as against the respondent.
