This petition has been filed to grant an order of interim direction permitting the petitioner to travel from Chennai to Singapore for a period of 30 days from 10th January 2024 to 10th February 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Ordered as prayed for, with the following conditions: "1.The petitioner shall file an affidavit before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Alandur, giving the probable date of his departure and arrival along with the photocopy of his flight ticket and visa details;

2.The petitioner shall provide his contact details in Singapore;

3.The petitioner shall undertake to make himself available for investigation as and when he is called for by the Investigation Officer;

4.The petitioner shall produce a copy of the document No.3140 of 2002, which stands in the name of his wife, along with original. The photocopy shall be retained by the Court concerned, returning the original to the petitioner; 5.The petitioner shall furnish a copy of his itinerary to the Investigation Officer before leaving for Singapore; 6.Before leaving India, he should also inform the Indian Embassy about his travel back to India; 7.On landing in Singapore, the petitioner shall report before the Indian Embassy at Singapore about his arrival and place of stay;

8.The petitioner is permitted to go to Singapore between 10th January 2024 to 10th February 2024 and he shall return back to India on or before 10th February 2024. 9.On his return to India, she shall report before the Investigation Officer about his arrival on or before 10th February 2024.

10.The petitioner, after coming back to Chennai, shall inform the Court about the same;

11.The petitioner shall submit a copy of his tour itinerary details to the first respondent."
