Respondent PRAYER:This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree in A.S.No.56 of 1994 dated 27.08.1996 on the file of the Principal District Judge,Chengalpattu reversing the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.879 of 1988 dated 17.11.1993 on the file of the District Munsif, Chengalpattu.

J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo stating that despite acknowledging the notice sent to the appellants for taking steps for bringing on record the legal representative of the sole respondent, the appellants have not turned up and given instructions.

2. From the docket entry, it is seen that the sole respondent died wayback in 2013 and the same was recorded. However, till date steps have not been taken by the appellants to implead the legal representatives of the sole respondent.

3. At request of the appellants, the case was adjourned to this day. According to the learned counsel, he has not received any instructions from the appellants to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. 4. For want of steps, the appeal stands dismissed for default. No costs.
