ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to effect the patta name transfer by considering the petitioner's patta transfer application No.2021/0153/03/011023 dated 23.09.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Mohameduduman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 23.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
