O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

According to the revision petitioner, the suit in OS.No.48 of 2015 has been filed by the revision petitioner on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District against the respondents herein for partition and the said suit is pending for more than two years. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for early disposal of the said suit.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that there is no interlocutory application is pending before the trial court and hence, there is no legal impediment to dispose of the suit. According to the revision petitioner, by order dated 11.10.2017 in CMA.No.111 of 2017, this Court has already directed the trial court to dispose of the above suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that Order.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. On perusal of records, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for early disposal of the above suit. But this Court has already directed the court below to dispose of the said suit at an earliest. At this stage, it is needless to pass further order in the present Civil Revision Petition. It is make it clear that the court below has to comply the direction of the earlier order dated 11.10.2017 passed by this Court in CMA.No.111 of 2017. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed.
