ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.141/1 to an extent of 2.66 1⁄2 acres and S.No.142/2 to an extent of 2.65 1⁄2 acres, situated at Chithalandhur Village, Thiruchengodu Taluk, Namakkal District bearing in Patta Nos.456 and 708 based upon the application dated 26.07.2021 and the challan for the payment for survey the petitioner's land.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
