ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation, dated 13.09.2021 for cancel the patta issued in the name of fourth respondent subsequently issue fresh patta in the petitioner's name to the land to an extent of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
40 cents in Survey No.193/1B3, at Nagalur Village, Kallakurichi District and to submit a report within a stipulated period before this Honourable Court.

Heard Mr.M.K.Bhoopathy Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.
The petitioner submitted an appeal before the second respondent for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent and it is pending for enquiry. 4.
Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
