PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry on the 2nd respondent's Statutory Appeal in Letter No.11078661/UD(L.Re-2/2025-1 dated 17.07.2025 along with petitioner's implead petition dated 25.10.2025, after issuing notice to the respective parties concerned.

3. The writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
