(Order of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI, J.) The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench for speedy disposal of the application in O.A.No.763 of 2019 including M.A.No.326 of 2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.E.Saraswathy, learned counsel, who takes notice for the 1st respondent and perused the entire materials on record.
3. The petitioner elaborately made averments with regard to the merits of the case. He has not stated anything with regard to service of notice to the respondents in the said OA. Without serving notice to other side, this Court cannot issue a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench for speedy disposal of the application in O.A.No.763 of 2019 including M.A.No.326 of 2019. 2/4
4. For the above reasons, the Writ Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
