This application has been filed by the applicant to allow this application for video conference before the Master II, High Court, Madras on 2.00 p.m., to 4.30 p.m., (Indian Standard Time) in the above suit.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is working in Dubai as a Mechanical Engineer and his inspections are assigned at very short notice and hence, leave at short notice will not be approved. Hence, he is unable to appear before the Master-II for recording his evidence. His absence is neither wilful nor wanton. Hence to prays to allow this application.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents has not filed his counter. He has strongly opposed to allow this application.
4. Upon hearing submission on either side and perusing the materials on record, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this application is allowed.
5. Registry is directed to post before Master-II for recording evidence through video conference on 28.02.2025 at 2.00 p.m., to 4.30 p.m., gv 18.02.2025 (2/2) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
