ORDER
Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to forebear the Respondents from diverting water source flowing to Palur Eri from Sanrorkupam Reserve Forest through the main https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
channel running in S.Nos.281, 280, 278, 275, 266, 265, 259 and 251 of Palur Village, Vellore District through the branch Channel, which runs in S.Nos.266, 267, 268, 45 and 46 of Palur Village, Vellore District, thereby, restoring the original water source to Palur Eri.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 1 and 3, submitted that, on account of heavy rains, the main channel was temporarily blocked to avoid flooding in the Village. However, on instructions, she submitted that, the temporary block in the main channel will be removed within a period of two weeks from today.

Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader that, the temporary block in the main channel will be removed within a period of two weeks from today, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.705 and 706 of 2022 are closed.
