ORDER

Mr.R.Bhagath Singh, learned counsel representing Mr.R.Krishnasamy for the petitioner, states that he has handed over the following documents for the vehicle bearing registration No.TN 11 BF 1552: (i) the driving license of the driver, Mr.Vinoth Kumar.R; (ii) Insurance policy of the vehicle, and;

(iii) the Registration Certificate (RC).

2. Mr.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that at the time of the accident on 13.11.2025, there was no valid insurance. These are not matters which can be probed into by this Court in a writ petition.

3. Mr.Meganthan further states that the vehicle will be produced for Brake Inspector's test, and the investigation will be completed within three weeks, and the vehicle will then be handed over to the custody of the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. His statement is recorded. Once the vehicle is sent to the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, as stated, the petitioner can move the said Court for return of the vehicle.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
