2.It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this petition for nonprosecution.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
