2. It is the case of the petitioner that his sister went missing, in connection with which, he has lodged a complaint on 08.01.2015 before the first and third respondent and no action has been taken thereon.

3. In such circumstances, we direct the third respondent to take the complaint on file, register a case, take action in accordance with law and keep the petitioner informed about the developments.
