(Order of the Court was made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh, J.) In compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15576 of 2016 dated 30.08.2016, the third respondent viz., The Tahsildar, Thirupor, has filed an affidavit dated 05.12.2017, wherein in para 4 it is stated as follows:

"The 3rd respondent/Tahsildar, after following due procedure, commence the removal of encroachment on 19.01.2018 and completed the entire removal of encroachment on 24.01.2018. The entire encroachment has been removed and duly complied with the orders of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.15576/2016 dated 30.08.2016."
