(The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph 6 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.217 of 2021, though the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- it has been wrongly typed in words as "Rupees Fifty Thousand" instead of "Rupees Ten Thousand".

3. Considering the above submission, paragraph No.6 of the order is ordered to be read as follows:

Accordingly, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as nonrefundable deposit through RTGS/NEFT in favour of "'The Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, Indian Bank High Court Branch', A/C.No.484026006, IFSC Code. No.IDIB000M157, and on such payment and production of proof of deposit of the above amount, he shall be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within 2/4

a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the police officer who intends to arrest, failing which the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed automatically, and on further conditions that:-"

4. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.217 of 2021 dated 11.01.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
