Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by order dated 23.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.22098 of 2021 that the Petitioner should appear every wednesday at 10.30 A.M. before the Respondent Police in respect of the above Cr.No.70/2021 pending on the file of the respondent and pass such further or other orders. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N .R.ANANTHA RAMA KRISHNA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22098 of 2021 on 23.11.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified.
