O R D E R

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.63 of 2011 for the offence under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC on the file of the first respondent have filed this petition for quashing of FIR. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report is referred as "Action dropped".

3.On completion of the investigation, the first respondent has closed the case as "Action dropped". RCS notice had been served to the second respondent/defacto complainant on 26.07.2013 and the copy of the same has been produced.

4.In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
