Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from denying of disturbing / shifting the employees concerned in I.D.No.66 of 1991 from their employment/ posting as mentioned in roster of 11.04.2015.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to forbear the respondent from denying of disturbing / shifting the employees concerned in I.D.No.66 of 1991 from their employment/ posting as mentioned in roster of 11.04.2015. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the respondent regularized the services of the petitioner and hence nothing survives for adjudication, however, some settlement is yet to happen. Hence, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent for settlement.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
