Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax until further orders condition of stayed at Tiruvarur District and Reporting before the Town Police Station on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 A.M. was imposed upon by this Honourable Court by an order made in Crl.OP.No.22749/2021 dated 30/11/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.DAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22749 of 2021 on 30.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
