ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.544 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is 2nd anticipatory bail petition. Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 26.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32223 of 2025 on the following reasons:

Considering the fact that huge quantity of the river sand has been transported by the petitioner and cause damage to river bed and ecology, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. "

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
