The review applicant has filed the above petition to implead the proposed fourth respondent as the fourth respondent in the review application.

2. The fourth respondent had purchased the property in question on 21.11.2017 i.e. after the pronouncement of the judgment in writ appeal in W.A.No.174 of 2015 i.e. on 26.02.2016.

3. Mr. P. Wilson, learned Senior Counsel, takes notice for the proposed respondent, has no objection for making the proposed respondent as the fourth respondent in the review application.

4. Further, the learned Senior Counsel submitted that the proposed respondent may be impleaded as the fourth respondent in the review application without prejudice to his contention to be raised in the review application.

5. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, proposed respondent is impleaded as the fourth respondent in the review application.

6. We are making it clear that impleadment of the fourth respondent is made without prejudice to his contention to be raised by him in the review application.
