ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the third para on page 3 of the Bank circular bearing 104/64 sub-subject : Pension/4 dated 24.08.2010 reading "employees who have ceased to be in service of the Bank on account of Voluntarily retired under Officer Service Regulation 19 on VRS under VRS Scheme existing are not eligible to opt" and quash the same directing the first and second respondents to extend to the petitioners option to join the existing pension scheme in terms of the self same circular bearing 104/64 sub-subject : Pension/4 dated 24.08.2010.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 01.03.2023, there was 2/14

no representation for the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be listed on 03.03.2023 under the caption for "dismissal". When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioner and it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
