The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police submitted that final enquiry is pending before the Tiruppur North Police Station.
2. In view of the abovesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur North Police Station, to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner, if cognizable offence is made out by following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others, reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC).
