ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 29.11.2024 in Crl.MP..No.16787 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25228 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore.
3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore on 05.02.2025 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judge.
