PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity to the petitioner and other necessary parties and submit his report as per the communication sent by the first respondent dated 24.11.2025, in pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.10.2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity to the petitioner and other necessary parties and submit a report as per the communication sent by the first respondent dated 24.11.2025, in pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.10.2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the bundle to the effect that "I undertook to give fresh

representation based on the rectification order obtained from DMC, Pollachi in O.S.359/1994 to the Tahsildhar" and submits that the writ petition may be disposed of on the basis of the aforesaid endorsement.

3. Recording the aforesaid endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation before the concerned Tahsildar based on the rectification order obtained from the District Magistrate Court, Pollachi in O.S.No.359 of 1994.
