ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31448 of 2024 by an order dated 17.12.2024 passed by this Court to report before the learned Judge concerned in S.C.No.341 of 2012, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai in S.C.No.341 of 2012. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 03.02.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31448 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, on 03.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
