This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR No.423 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that final order has been passed in the main case in C.C.No.65 of 2013 and petitioners are acquitted.
In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
