Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 19.06.2023 filed against the order dated 09.06.2023 of the 2nd respondent under Proc.Na.Ka.2952/2023/A3, within a time frame.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 19.06.2023, filed against the order dated 09.06.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent under Proc.Na.Ka.2952/2023/A3, within a time frame. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 19.06.2023, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2/6

3. Mr.R.Vigneshwaran, learned Government Advocate Takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. Mrs.Devi.N., learned Standing Counsel for Salem Corporation, takes notice for the respondents 5 and 6.

4. Since no adverse order is to be passed against the 7th respondent, notice to the 7th respondent is dispensed with.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the revision petition dated 19.06.2023 filed by the petitioner and after issuing notice and giving opportunity of hearing to the parties in the revision petition and interested parties/rival claimants if any as the case may be, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
