CMA.No.3781 of 2004 and CMP.No.6700 of 2018 CMA.No.3781 of 2004 and CMP.No.6700 of 2018 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., Today (03.02.2021), this matter came under the caption "for being mentioned".

2.It is brought to the knowledge of this Court that in clause (iv) of paragraph No.19 of the order passed in CMA.No.3781 of 2004, the interest is wrongly mentioned as 9% and it should be 7.5%. 3.Further, Rs.6,40,506/- is the enhanced amount by this Court and if the Insurance Company has already deposited any amount, the same has to be deducted. It is hereby clarified that in respect of the amount given by the future surgery expenses, does not carry any interest.

4.Hence, the Registry is directed made necessary amendments and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner. 03.02.2021 dua Note:Issue order copy on 05.02.2021.
