Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records of the first respondent relating to the impugned notification published on 26.01.2011 in the Tamil Daily Dinakaran and quash the same in so far as the (COCO) Retail Outlet, Attur, No.40 Salem Main Road, Vinayagapuram, Salem District Pin 636 102 is concerned and to direct the respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner or his nominee as a Service provider for the above said Retail Out let till the question of appointing the petitioner as a dealer to run the Retail Outlet on land owners category in finally decided.
