Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass granting revision of salary to the petitioner in the post of Saleswoman in consideration of her services from the date of appointment on 07.06.2000 with corresponding revision of pay scale with other service benefits including the promotion to the post of Clerk on par with her juniors in consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.12.2020 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders to grant revision of salary to the petitioner in the post of Saleswoman in consideration of her services from the date of appointment on 07.06.2000 with corresponding revision of pay scale with other service benefits including the promotion to the post of Clerk on par with her juniors in consideration of the representation submitted by her dated 28.12.2020 with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
2. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.
Since the third respondent-Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Society is the party to this writ petition, he may forward the copy of the representation sent by the petitioner to the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Society, if not already received by him, so that a decision can be arrived by the second respondent-Joint Registrar of Co-operative Society.
4. The petitioner may make an application under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act,1983 before the second respondent by paying necessary fees and the second respondent shall consider the request of the petitioner, if not already considered, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of such application.
5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
