ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relax the 1/4

condition imposed in Crl. O.P. No.25727 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order passed in Crl. O.P. No.25727 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 on condition. The condition was complied by the petitioner from 13.0111.2024 to till date without fail and hence prayed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition without fail. Charge sheet was also filed.

4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, nature of offences and the petitioner has also complied the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned NDPS Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month for 3 months".

5. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 2/4
