This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 164 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The delay is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the Mediation Centre attached to this Bench of the High Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petition is ordered.
