The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2011 and provide for under pass subway below the Ennore Express Highway being constructed by the respondents Nationals Highways Authority of India connecting the Ennore Port to the Chennai Harbour so as to connect Chennai Fishing Harbour, Royapuram to the Chennai City thorough the existing Suryanarayana Chetty Road at the point between 700 mts and 800 mts. and point between 1000 mts and 1100 mts. on the Ennore Express Highway for the free flow of container traffic https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

carrying fish and ice to and from the Chennai Fishing Harbour to the various parts of the City.
