9411 of 2013: Writ petition is filed under article 226 of the constitution of India praying for the issuance of writ of crtiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents 1 bearing F.No.Southern/2013/11402561932 LOR dt 7.3.13 Letter of Rejection and followed by SAC Appeal dt 13.3.13 and quash the said impugned proceedings and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to process the pending application dt 31.12.12 within a time frame and thereafter the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the application of the petitioner for approval for shifting of their Polytechnic College submitted on 3.1.
13 by conducting an inspection of their campus at Assur Revenue Village and Panchayat Tanjore District and consider the same and pass appropriate orders granting approval for the shifting of the petitioner Polytechnic College to the Applied new site at Assur Revenue Village in Kumbakonam for the academic year 2013-2014.
