ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition "The petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 06.30 p.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 A.M until further orders."

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate I, Pallipattu.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate I, Pallipattu on 05.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
