ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to grant an additional increment of 3% to the petitioners as per G.O.Ms.No.237 finance (Pay cell) Department dated 22.07.2013 on awarding selection grade/special grade respectively and consequently direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner by considering their representation dated 20.01.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2023, in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.237 finance (Pay cell) Department, dated 22.07.2013, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
