This application has been filed to grant leave to sue as against the Defendant in CS.DR.No.1860 of 2024. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that this application may be dismissed, as withdrawn and the Court fee paid on the plaint may be refunded and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this application. In view of the said submissions, recording the said endorsement, this application is dismissed, as withdrawn and consequently, the plaint in CS.DR.No.1860 of 2024 is rejected.
