JUDGMENT

When the Appeal came up for hearing on 03.07.2019, there was no representation for the appellant and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 05.07.2019 for dismissal. Subsequently, when the matter was taken up on 05.07.2019, there was no representation for the appellant and hence, the case was directed to be posted after two weeks, in the same caption. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Despite ordering notice for morethan couple of occasions, notice has not been served on respondents 1 and 2. Hence there is no point in keeping the case pending. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
