This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Cr.No.17 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent has submitted that the complaint lodged by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent/defacto complainant, a case has been registered under Cr.No.17 of 2019 and an enquiry was conducted and as they completed the investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi on 30.06.2020 itself. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
