ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 10(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.28986 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 that they shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 10(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.28986 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.
