This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.28571 of 2024, dated 27.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday for a period of eight weeks, until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.28571 of 2024, dated 27.11.2024, relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
