[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] It is represented on behalf of the 5th Respondent that with the assistance of the 7th Respondent, the 5th Respondent/Assistant Commissioner, Chennai Corporation Zone - 57, Chennai had removed the banners, flag posts and unauthorised structures in front of the Petitioner's building on 08.02.2018 at about 9.00 a.m. 2.This fact is not disputed on behalf of the Petitioner. 3.As such, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
