ORDER
The petitioner challenging the proceedings under Section 122 (1)(a) Cr.P.C., passed by the 1st respondent, dated 19.12.2018, in RC.No.91/Sec.Pro/DCP WPT/2018, has filed the present revision. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no opportunity was given to the petitioner to arrange legal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
assistance and he was in custody. The petitioner was produced on PT warrant and bond executed under Section 110 Cr.P.C., was cancelled and the 1st respondent imposed punishment for violation of bond.
3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents would submit that already the period mentioned in the bond was expired and therefore, nothing survives in the present revision for further adjudication.
4.Since the period of bond itself is elapsed, the prayer sought for by the petitioner becomes infructuous. This Criminal Revision is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
