O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR., on the complaint dated 16.04.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that one Saravana Kumar was working as a Branch Manager in the petitioner's company and has misappropriated Rs.5,23,343/-. The petitioner lodged a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint dated 16.04.2016 and during the course of enquiry, the whereabouts of the said Saravana Kumar could not be traced. Therefore, the second respondent-Police has closed the enquiry on the ground that the petitioner is not co-operating.

4. As and when, the petitioner get to know about the whereabouts of said Saravana Kumar, liberty is given to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired and action taken in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
