ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.10.2021 and to file the final report.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.10.2021, enquiry has been conducted and a case has been registered in Crime No.534 of 2021 for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 447, 506(1) and 379 of IPC.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is of the view that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 10.01.2023 shk 2/4
