COMMON ORDER Earlier on 29.08.2019, when Crl.O.P.No.20451 of 2013 was listed, none appeared for the petitioner. Again, when the matter was posted on 13.12.2019, none appeared for the petitioner and this court, directed the Registry to verify and post the connected matters on 20.12.2019. The Registry verified and accordingly, when the matter was posted on 20.12.2019, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Even today i.e., on 08.01.2020, when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and hence, this court has no other way except to dismiss the Crl.O.Ps.
