ORDER

The delay of 2 days in preferring the revision petition is sought to be condoned.

2. The Learned Counsel for the respondent has no serious objection, since the delay is only 2 days.

3. Independently, I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner for not preferring the revision in time.
